BVT, based in Munich, has been investing in U.S. real estate for over 40 years. The promotional video describes the strategy behind the “BVT Residential USA” investment series, which invests in Class A apartment complexes on the East Coast of the United States. Filming took place in northern Florida (Orlando and the Tampa Bay area) and the greater Boston area.
