This promotional video was produced for our client KGAL in Munich and impressively showcases the diversity of real estate locations and properties. Our goal was to link KGAL’s corporate philosophy with the criteria used to acquire and manage real estate. The footage for the promotional video was shot at major locations such as Leipzig, Prague, and London, underscoring KGAL’s international focus.

The promotional video premiered at EXPO REAL 2019 in Munich, the world’s largest real estate trade show. To convey the company’s messages in a particularly compelling way, we made strategic use of typography in this promotional video to present the most important information clearly and visually appealingly.

We produced a promotional video for ISSA Construction on the topic of VISION ZERO. Safety has been a central concern at PanFilm since the 1960s. Various creative approaches, such as staged scenes and metaphorical representations, were initially considered for the promotional film. Ultimately, however, we opted for authentic scenes featuring real people to foster greater identification and realism within the construction industry.

The promotional video presents the seven golden rules for safe work in the form of short vignettes. This presentation highlights how relevant these safety principles are in both everyday professional life and personal life. The promotional video premiered in June 2022 at the 31st International Symposium of the ISSA Section for the Construction Industry in Berlin.
