Our latest recruitment video for the GFA Consulting Group is ready! But what exactly does GFA do? And who works there?
GFA stands out not only for the usual benefits that are standard in companies today, but also for its mission to “find solutions to the injustices of this world” worldwide. Those who work here “believe they can make a difference!” Over three days of filming in the winter of 2023, we captured the diverse international perspectives of employees at GFA’s headquarters in Hamburg. The biggest challenge with this recruitment video was building trust with the film’s protagonists in a very short time in order to capture authentic and lively statements and thus give prospective candidates a glimpse into the company. After all, filmmaking isn’t just about mastering the technology, planning accurately, and thinking creatively—it’s also about interacting with people.
