Real Estate Video for PATRIZIA GrundInvest “Mainz Rheinhafen”
The production of the real estate video—or promotional film —for the “PATRIZIA GrundInvest Mainz Rheinhafen” fund took place in Mainz between May 16 and 27. Filming was originally scheduled for May 16–19, but due to bad weather, we traveled back to Frankfurt on May 27 for a short reshoot.
This extra day of filming turned out to be a stroke of luck, as the Saturday market breakfast in Mainz created a particularly festive atmosphere under bright sunshine.
Since June 1, the film has been distributed by our distribution partners and featured on our own website to provide insights into the Mainz real estate market.
