Recruiting video for Sprenger Youth Services.
Sprenger Youth Services is a social service organization that offers comprehensive support to young people with challenging life stories. Various group homes are available, depending on individual needs. As in many social service sectors, the challenge here is finding qualified staff.
Our task was to create a recruitment video that would inspire enthusiasm for working with young people—including those from challenging backgrounds. Data protection posed a particular challenge: The young people could not be shown in a way that made them recognizable, which severely limited our visual design options.
Nevertheless, we succeeded in producing an emotionally compelling recruitment film. Through authentic on-camera interviews, carefully chosen perspectives, and a heartfelt presentation, the film powerfully conveys the purpose and significance of the work at Sprenger Youth Services. This recruitment video is designed to inspire potential applicants and give them a deeper understanding of the valuable work done in youth services.
