The technology is well-established; the plants require little maintenance and have a long service life, and their operating costs are low. Hydropower is therefore the most widely used renewable energy source worldwide. Canada, in particular, offers excellent conditions for this. Canada is already the world\u2019s third-largest producer of hydroelectric power. The Hamburg-based asset manager <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reconcept.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reconcept<\/a> specializes in renewable energy plants.
